Student Exam Requirements

Before taking exams, students must verify their identity with a government-issued ID and ensure their systems meet technical requirements. This process includes reviewing our honor code and agreeing to our terms of service to uphold exam integrity.

Unit Hour Determination

Our courses are measured in Continuing Education Units (CEU) and Professional Development Units (PDU), reflecting the time and effort you invest. CEU’s are earned at 0.10/hr. PDU’s are earned at 1/hr.

Issued Certificates

Certificates from CBA confirm your achievements and mastery of course content. They are awarded to students who meet all course requirements and maintain high standards of conduct throughout their studies.

Complaint Policy
