Before taking exams, students must verify their identity with a government-issued ID and ensure their systems meet technical requirements. This process includes reviewing our honor code and agreeing to our terms of service to uphold exam integrity.
Our courses are measured in Continuing Education Units (CEU) and Professional Development Units (PDU), reflecting the time and effort you invest. CEU’s are earned at 0.10/hr. PDU’s are earned at 1/hr.
Certificates from CBA confirm your achievements and mastery of course content. They are awarded to students who meet all course requirements and maintain high standards of conduct throughout their studies.
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy allows for refunds within 24 hours of enrollment, with special considerations for extenuating circumstances to support our students. Refunds may not be available if the digital content usage exceeds 20% prior to request.
If you need to appeal a decision, our process is straightforward and fair. We aim to resolve appeals within three business days, ensuring that every case is reviewed with care and confidentiality.
