The Quality Management Professional coordinates the activities required to meet predetermined quality standards. The Quality Management Professional is responsible for overseeing the operation of the manufacturing department and the efficacy of the overall program to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction

  • Establish commitment with respect to the quality management system
  • Apply Risk Management in a customer-focused organization
  • Establish Policy in support of a  quality management system
  • Plan the Quality Management System
  • Support the Quality Management System
  • Conduct  Quality Management System Operations
  • Conduct Performance evaluation of the  Quality Management System
  • Establish methods to Improve the organization
