ManagersBench 2.0

A managerial position often requires a great number of varied skills and abilities, and ManagersBench 2.0 contains courses on many of them. Part of the journey to becoming a great leader is the mastery of workplace management responsibilities such as giving and receiving feedback; maintaining diversity, safety, and equal opportunity requirements; managing projects, conflicts, and changes; understanding financials; and solving problems well. Additionally, these courses act as a springboard for the student seeking to become a true leader, beginning with an awareness of their current strengths and weaknesses, and providing the foundation for improvement which is followed up in LeadersBench 1.0 and 2.0.
