Many employees may bring tremendous value to any organization with their unique skills set and attributes. Yet many of these skills are either underutilized or unrealized in the workplace.  The Business Skills curriculum teaches additional proficiencies that build on the students' foundational knowledge in order to maximize their success in the  workplace.  This curriculum will enhance existing skills, transfer new knowledge, and provide monitoring to students in order to ensure the success of each participant in the program.
